I Like Them All

Ah, dumplings! It's easy to see how someone came up with today's boob word. Dumplings are comfort food and they come in a nice variety: Eastern style pot-stickers (steamed or fried), Southern style with chicken, or Western style with beef stew. Is there a Northern variety? What's your preference?
